Who makes Venom

Venom is an independent premium theme by Mauro Gashfix. It is not developed, endorsed, or sold by the Paymenter core team. Paymenter is open-source billing/hosting client software; Venom is a separate storefront theme that runs on top of a Paymenter installation you already license and operate yourself.

Discord support (basic)

Official contact is Discord only, with the user @maurogashfix:

  • Open the Discord profile for @maurogashfix (desktop or web app) and add or message from there, or follow the instructions in your purchase email / BuiltByBit / SourceXchange resource page.

Basic support (included with a legitimate license) typically covers:

  • Clarifying steps in this documentation
  • Narrow theme bugs or conflicts after you followed install / build instructions
  • General questions about theme options that exist in Venom’s admin settings

It does not automatically include remote access to your server, full Paymenter stack tuning, or custom development.

Full installation & configuration (paid add-on)

If you need hands-on help — for example full installation, environment-specific debugging, migrations, SSL, queue workers, or complete theme configuration end-to-end — that is offered as a separate paid service: the installation / setup plan (or equivalent listing) on BuiltByBit. Purchase that plan there if you want end-to-end setup assistance instead of documentation-led self-service.

Response times and scope follow whatever terms are stated on the marketplace listing you buy from.
